Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and services provided by Reseller Traffic Lab (RTL). By purchasing or using an RTL product or service, the customer agrees to these terms and the posted Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Notice.

What RTL provides

RTL provides educational PDF guides, eBay store reviews, and consultation services for resellers. Store reviews provide prioritized observations and recommendations based on the information available at the time of the review. Consulting calls provide practical discussion and suggested next steps.

RTL does not manage the customer's eBay account, publish or edit listings, make purchasing decisions for the customer, or act as the customer's accountant, attorney, tax adviser, or financial adviser.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate, readable, and complete information needed for the purchased service.
• Keep account passwords and sensitive financial information private.
• Review every recommendation before using it.
• Check current eBay rules, fees, shipping requirements, and other facts that may change.
• Make all final listing, pricing, inventory, advertising, shipping, tax, and business decisions.

The customer may not send RTL information they do not have the right to share.

Timing and delivery

The five-business-day turnaround for the 50-Listing Store Review begins only after RTL confirms that the completed questionnaire and required active-listings report are received, readable, and usable. A paid-and-shipped report is optional and allows RTL to review up to 10 eligible sold listings when enough information is available.

Full Store Review timing is stated in the customer's written quote. Digital guides are delivered through a secure link. Consultation timing is controlled by the confirmed calendar appointment.

Results and corrections

RTL does not guarantee sales, profit, search placement, impressions, views, buyer interest, or any other specific result. Markets, buyer demand, platform rules, competition, and customer decisions can change. RTL's work is educational and based on the information reasonably available when it is prepared.

If RTL identifies an error in a delivered report or guide, the customer should email hello@resellertrafficlab.com so RTL can review it and, when appropriate, provide a correction.

Personal-use license

Purchased guides and customer reports are for the purchaser's personal or internal business use. They may not be resold, republished, posted publicly, distributed as a separate product, or used to create a competing product without RTL's written permission. The purchaser may save and print copies for personal use.

Payments, refunds, and acceptable use

Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the posted Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Full Store Review quotes are valid for 10 days unless the written quote states otherwise. After the customer approves the scope, the Stripe invoice or payment link is due within that same 10-day period. RTL does not reserve production time until payment and the required customer materials are received.

Customers may not use RTL's website, downloads, or services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the website, bypass download controls, distribute malicious software, or obtain another customer's information.

Third-party services

RTL's website may link to or use third-party services such as eBay, Stripe, Calendly, Google, and Make. RTL does not control those services, and their own terms and privacy notices apply. RTL is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.

Changes and governing law

RTL may update these terms as its services or legal obligations change. Changes apply from the revision date shown and do not silently change the essential terms of a purchase already completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
