• You may request a full refund before RTL confirms that your required materials are complete and begins your review.
• Once your review has begun, the purchase is generally non-refundable because personalized research and report preparation are underway. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.
• If RTL cannot complete your purchased review, you will receive a full refund.
• The stated turnaround begins after RTL confirms that your completed questionnaire and requested eBay reports are received, readable, and usable.
• Time spent waiting for missing, incomplete, or unreadable materials does not count toward the stated turnaround.

Downloadable PDF Guides

Because a downloadable guide is delivered digitally, guide purchases are normally non-refundable after the secure file has been delivered. RTL will correct a broken or inaccessible delivery link. RTL may provide a refund for a duplicate purchase or when RTL cannot provide the purchased file. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Consulting Calls

A customer may reschedule or cancel a consulting call through the scheduling link. Changes made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled or refunded. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are normally non-refundable. RTL may make an exception when circumstances reasonably justify it. If RTL must cancel and cannot arrange a suitable replacement time, the customer will receive a full refund.
