Privacy Notice

Reseller Traffic Lab (RTL) collects only the information reasonably needed to answer questions, process purchases, schedule calls, and provide purchased guides or store-review services.

Information we may receive

• Your name and email address.
• Purchase and payment-status information. Stripe processes payment-card and bank information; RTL does not receive your full card or bank-account number.
• Information you provide through an RTL questionnaire, email, or consultation booking.
• Your eBay store name and the eBay reports or listing information you choose to send for a store review.
• Messages, questions, and files you send to RTL.
• Basic technical information that the website or its service providers may record, such as browser, device, IP address, and access logs.

RTL will never ask for your eBay password and does not log in to your eBay account.

How we use the information

• Deliver purchased guides and services.
• Prepare store-review recommendations.
• Communicate about missing files, order status, delivery, support, or consultations.
• Maintain payment, delivery, and business records.
• Prevent duplicate delivery, fraud, misuse, and technical problems.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Services that help RTL operate

RTL uses outside services to operate the business. Depending on what you purchase or submit, these may include Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, Google services for forms, email, calendar, and meetings, Make for workflow automation, Pinterest for advertising measurement, and RTL's website host for website and secure-download delivery. Information is shared with these providers only as needed for the service they perform. Their own privacy notices also apply to information they process.

Advertising and website measurement

RTL uses the Pinterest tag to understand whether Pinterest Pins or advertisements lead people to visit the website or take actions on it. The tag may use cookies or similar technology and may send Pinterest technical information such as page visits, browser or device details, IP address, and campaign information. RTL does not currently send customer email addresses through Pinterest Enhanced Match.

Customer files and retention

RTL keeps customer reports and working review files only as long as reasonably needed to complete the service, provide support, and maintain necessary business records. Customer-supplied eBay reports and working review files will normally be deleted within 90 days after final delivery unless the customer requests earlier deletion or RTL must keep them longer for a payment dispute or legal obligation.

Sharing and selling information

RTL does not sell or rent customer personal information. RTL may disclose information when needed to provide a requested service, comply with law, protect customers or RTL, investigate fraud or misuse, or complete a business transfer.

RTL does not publish customer information or customer work on its website or use it in public marketing—even if a customer offers permission. This includes customer names, store names, usernames, reports, screenshots, listing or store images, results, testimonials, files, and excerpts or redacted versions of those materials.

Any public example created by RTL will be clearly labeled as hypothetical or will use independently obtained public information that did not come from an RTL customer relationship.

Your choices

You may email hello@resellertrafficlab.com to ask what customer information RTL has, request a correction, request deletion of information RTL is not required to keep, or ask a privacy question. RTL may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security

RTL uses practical safeguards intended to protect customer information. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other information RTL has not requested.

Children

RTL's services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. RTL does not knowingly accept purchases or collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact
